Universal Kaddie Systems Has Three Ways You Can Contact Us...

(1-888-864-5237) from 9AM to 5PM MST (Mountain Standard
Time). If we are not available, please leave your name, phone number,
the best time to call you back and which product you are interested in and we
will contact you at the first possible time available.

| You can order directly from this web site and pay using your checking
account or credit card through PayPal. We will contact you for verification of
your order and proper size of the product. |
We accept online purchases through PayPal (http://paypal.com),
which is a secure payment option used by many to purchase products over the
internet. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Novus, American Express,
Checks and Money Orders for purchases made directly through the main office.
Please note: Purchases made by check or money order will not be processed until
7 working days from the receipt by our office.

IMPORTANT: Measure Twice, Order Once
If you order an item in error, or if you change your mind after the item is
shipped, you will be responsible for the return freight and a restocking
fee of approximately $200.00. We will not waive this policy under any
circumstances. It is very important that you get the measurements and any
questions answered before you order. You are not responsible for shipping
charges as a result of shipping damage or any errors on our part. Thank you for
helping us get it right the first time.
Please note that contacting Uni-Kad Systems L.L.C. implies your
consent to our processing of the information gathered in accordance with our
policies as stated herein.
Return Policy
Any item to be returned to Uni-Kad Systems L.L.C. must be returned in its
original shipping carton, accompanied by a copy of the original packing list.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery to the
purchaser. Any item that has been modified from its original state, such as
drilled holes; painted parts, etc. are non-returnable. Please prefit any
items before final installation. In the event of product damage in shipping,
sole responsibility rests on the shipping carrier. Please inspect items
carefully before accepting shipment. Any item returned to Uni-Kad Systems
L.L.C. without all of the before mentioned qualifications will not receive a
credit. The purchaser of any item returned, with all of the above-mentioned
qualifications, will receive a credit (except shipping) within 30 days of return
delivery. In the event Uni-Kad Systems L.L.C. sends the wrong product, we will
also refund shipping and handling costs. Uni-Kad Systems L.L.C. believes its
products to be of the very highest quality on the market today. We look forward
to serving you, and we are available to you should you have any questions about
this policy.
Uni-Kad Systems L.L.C. is not responsible for any damage or items stolen due
to the installation and/or use of any Universal Kaddie Product.

| Warranty Information
Uni-Kad Systems L.L.C. hereby warrants this product line for a period of one
year to the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in material and
workmanship performed by Uni-Kad Systems L.L.C. but does not include
warranties on specific components used within this product line. The supplier
for their own products warrants certain individual components and such
products are covered by a separate warranty. This includes hinges, hardware,
latches, locks, installation, and installation hardware, welding (plastic and
aluminum) and so forth. Uni-Kad Systems L.L.C. does not warrant components
warranted by the supplier. On component parts the warranty must be filed with
the respective component manufacturers for their warranty claims. The Uni-Kad
Systems L.L.C. warranty will only be honored if the product is returned to
Uni-Kad Systems L.L.C. or a repair facility authorized by Uni-Kad Systems
L.L.C. Reasonable notification and time must be allowed for performance of all
warranty repairs. Any service charges or transportation charges are the
responsibility of the purchaser and will not be paid by Uni-Kad Systems L.L.C.
This warranty is void if the product has been abused, overloaded, neglected,
misused, altered or made to perform beyond the normal use for which the
product was intended. Uni-Kad Systems L.L.C. reserves the right for final
determination whether or not the product has been misused or abused by the
initial purchaser. |
